Office Clerk

The Clerk performs a variety of office support tasks in-person for administrators in including answering telephones, filing, copying, posting, data entry, typing, and word processing.

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date permanent records and attendance reports.
• Schedules appointments, meetings, and conference times when appropriate for teachers, counselors, and principals.
• Drafts document formats and types forms, letters, reports, memos, contracts and requisitions.
• Executes automated data entry assignments.
• Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
• Receives and appropriately dispenses supplies and maintains records.
• Compiles and maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Prepares requisitions and purchase orders for books, supplies, equipment and other instructional materials as directed.
• Prepares and issues bid documents to prospective bidders.
• Supervises students in emergency situations.
• Responsible for wiping down surfaces to uphold sanitation standards as required for a safe school environment.
• Assists administrators and other staff members in the orderly, expedient and safe transition of students from one location to another.
• Required to have prompt, regular attendance in-person and be available to work on-site, in-person during regular business hours and as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,213.60 - ₹25,000.00 per month
