Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and reliable Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office during the US shift. The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle for commuting and should be experienced in handling typical office tasks efficiently. This role involves assisting with office maintenance, preparing tea/coffee, supporting client visits, handling documentation tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and showing a strong willingness to learn new tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for employees and visitors.
• Assist with client visits by coordinating refreshments and providing hospitality.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic documentation work efficiently.
• Organize and maintain filing systems and office records.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.
• Support general office maintenance tasks and ensure the office is tidy and presentable.
• Run errands as required.
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new tasks and support the team wherever needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 10th pass.
• Must have own vehicle for commuting.
• Previous experience in office support or similar roles is preferred.
• Smart, confident, and able to interact politely with clients and staff.
• Basic knowledge of photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in the US shift (night shift) reliably.
• Honest, punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn new tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
