Job Description

Job Title: Office Boy

Company: SK Translines Pvt. Ltd.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support activities.
Handle indoor and outdoor tasks such as delivering documents, collecting parcels, and bank-related work.
Ensure all office supplies (stationery, cleaning items, etc.) are stocked and organized.
Assist administrative and HR staff in daily operations as needed.
Support during meetings by arranging chairs, water, and other requirements.
Follow office timing, dress code, and discipline guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience as an Office Boy or similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of office cleanliness and etiquettes.
Polite, trustworthy, and punctual.
Ability to handle multitasking and follow instructions properly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
