Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office cum Pantry Boy to handle routine office support activities, pantry management, and basic housekeeping tasks. The role requires someone who can maintain cleanliness, serve refreshments, and assist staff in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pantry Management:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, etc.) are well-stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area.
Office Support:
Assist in handling documents, files, and other office materials.
Deliver and collect documents or parcels within and outside the office.
Support staff in basic office tasks when required.
Housekeeping Duties:
Maintain cleanliness in the office, including meeting rooms and common areas.
Ensure office essentials (drinking water, stationery, etc.) are available and replenished.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygienic conditions.
Visitor Assistance:
Serve refreshments to guests and ensure they are comfortable.
Assist during meetings by arranging seating and refreshments.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of pantry equipment (tea/coffee machine, water dispenser, etc.).
Polite, well-mannered, and service-oriented attitude.
Physically fit and willing to do routine office support work.
