Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and dependable Office Boy to handle day-to-day office support tasks, maintain cleanliness, and assist with employee transportation when required. The candidate should be proactive, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including pantry, workstations, washrooms, and common areas. Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and internal document delivery. Set up meeting rooms as per requirements (e.g., seating arrangement, refreshments, stationery). Monitor and maintain pantry supplies; ensure cleanliness and availability. Dispatch and collect documents/packages from courier services or vendors. Support office errands and coordinate with the admin team as needed. Assist in dropping employees to their home locations during late working hours or as per schedule (company cab/support vehicle). Ensure safety and comfort of employees during transportation. Requirements: Minimum qualification: High school pass or equivalent. Basic knowledge of office hygiene and maintenance. Good interpersonal skills and cooperative attitude. Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy. Flexibility with work hours (especially in case of late drops). Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with city routes is an added advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Work Location: In person
