Job Overview:We are looking to hire two dedicated Office Boys to assist in the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, providing administrative support, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. Key Responsibilities:Office Cleanliness: Ensure that all office areas (workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, etc.) are clean and well-maintained throughout the day. Empty trash bins, replace waste bags, and manage recycling efforts. Clean and organize office furniture, equipment, and supplies. Support Staff: Assist employees with setting up meeting rooms for presentations or conferences. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required. Help with the distribution of office supplies and deliveries. Administrative Assistance: Collect and deliver documents, letters, or packages within the office premises or to external locations. Maintain office supplies inventory and notify the administration team when items need to be replenished. Help with filing, scanning, or photocopying documents when needed. General Maintenance: Ensure office appliances (water dispensers, air conditioners, etc.) are in good working condition. Assist in organizing office events, celebrations, or meetings. Visitor Management: Greet visitors and guests in a professional and polite manner. Direct visitors to the relevant departments or persons within the office.
