This role will function as the right hand to management, ensuring the smooth execution of warehousing, order dispatch, and day-to-day operational activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory management, order preparation, and dispatch scheduling. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Monitor and support the daily tasks of staff across departments, ensuring accountability and operational efficiency. Assist in managing logistics and transportation arrangements for outbound shipments. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and communication. Identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues promptly. Support general administrative tasks and contribute to the overall management and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative to ensure that all aspects of the business run efficiently.
