The ideal candidate will perform various tasks to support the office's daily operations and ensure a clean and welcoming workspace. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Assist with office maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities. Deliver and collect documents and packages as needed, both within the office and to external locations. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors during meetings and events. Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient and reordering items when necessary Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and events, ensuring all necessary equipment is functional and available. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring they are tidy and conducive to productivity. Support administrative staff as needed and perform other related tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an office boy, office assistant, or in a related role is preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of office equipment and facilities management. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle tasks in a timely and efficient manner. A professional appearance and demeanor.
