Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of the office premises including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Ensure the kitchen and pantry are stocked and clean at all times. Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other minor clerical duties. Run errands such as delivering documents or collecting items from vendors or couriers. Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after use. Monitor and replenish office supplies and report shortages. Support staff with moving or organizing office items as needed. Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene and conduct.
