Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Make calls and send emails to warm leads, in addition to responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information and pricing. Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques. Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and promotions. Build rapport with customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Follow up on previous inquiries or leads to close sales and maintain engagement. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues post-sale. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
