Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to join our team and support day-to-day administrative and office maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, punctual, and capable of performing a variety of support duties to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and workstations. Serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to staff and visitors. Handle basic errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents. Manage inward and outward courier, parcels, and other deliveries. Assist in setting up meeting rooms, serving refreshments during meetings. Maintain office supplies, monitor stock levels, and inform the administration for reordering. Support staff with minor tasks as needed, including shifting office materials and light equipment. Handle outdoor tasks like bank work, bill payments, or collecting documents when required. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of pantry and washrooms. Open and close the office, switch lights, ACs, and ensure security when required. Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role preferred. Basic understanding of office etiquette and good hygiene practices. Ability to multitask and follow instructions. Honest, dependable, and punctual. Good communication skills (basic knowledge of local language and/or English). Physically fit and energetic.
