JOB DESCRIPTION Position Office Boy Department: Operations & Administration Location: Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to support daily operations. The role includes assisting with material handling, documentation, cleanliness, and basic administrative support both in the office and on the field. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading of TCC materials and support reliever tasks. Maintain cleanliness of the office through routine housekeeping. Pack and sort materials according to store and route plans. Lift and load materials into company vehicles for dispatch. Deliver materials to RRL stores in a timely and organized manner. Collect Delivery Challans with proper stamps and seals from stores. Return collected documents to the office without delay. Distribute TCC materials, uniforms, and annexure documents. Support day-to-day administrative tasks and act as a substitute field officer when required. Timely movement and return of HR-related documents such as onboarding forms, attendance registers, and annexures. Assisting in the distribution of employee uniforms and assets. Supporting HR in logistical coordination during interviews, meetings, and internal events. Candidate Requirements Physically fit and able to manage delivery and handling tasks. Basic knowledge of delivery processes and document handling. Honest, punctual, and well-mannered. Flexible and capable of handling both office and field responsibilities. Willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
