Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the office is clean and organized by performing tasks like cleaning surfaces, taking out trash, and restocking supplies.
Run errands as needed, which may include going to the bank, or purchasing office supplies.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees and guests.
Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries.
Photocopy, scan, and file documents, and assist with data entry or other clerical duties as assigned.
Provide general assistance to all staff members to help them with their daily tasks.

Punctuality: Must be on time and reliable.
Hard-working: Able to perform various tasks diligently and with a positive attitude.
Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with staff and visitors.
Organization: Basic organizational skills to manage documents and supplies efficiently.
Physical Stamina: Able to perform physical tasks like lifting and moving items.
Team Player: Willing to work with others and take direction.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on the nature of errands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
