Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to handle day-to-day office support tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, running errands, and assisting staff with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Assist in handling photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and furniture.
Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and other materials within or outside the office.
Assist staff with basic office tasks as required.
Manage pantry supplies and inform the admin for replenishment.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th/12th pass.
Prior experience as an office boy or in a similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and hospitality practices.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good communication skills and a polite, helpful attitude.
Physically fit and energetic.

Working Conditions:

Working Hours: Morning Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
