About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Boy to support daily office operations. The role involves serving tea, coffee, and beverages as per the requirements of office staff and higher-grade employees, assisting with various office-related tasks, and performing field-related duties when required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and management as per requirements.
2. Assist in handling office-related errands like collecting or delivering documents, parcels, and other essential items.3. Support administrative tasks and coordinate with different departments when needed.4. Ensure pantry supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and drinking water are always stocked.5. Assist office staff in day-to-day activities and provide support during meetings or events.6. Perform field-related tasks such as visiting banks, courier services, and other external vendors as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Good knowledge of serving tea, coffee, and beverages professionally.
2. Basic understanding of office operations and support functions.3. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.44. Polite, disciplined, and well-behaved attitude.55. Should be trustworthy and dependable.6. Willingness to do field-related office work.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

Basic communication skills.

Knowledge of local routes for field-related work is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 10,000 Per Month

Additional benefits as per company policy.

Work Timings:

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30AM – 6:30PM
