Office Boy cum Delivery Assistant

The Office Boy cum Delivery Assistant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises, assisting staff with day-to-day office operations, and handling document or parcel deliveries within or outside the office as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Assistance:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready before meetings.
• Ensure office supplies and pantry items are well-stocked and report shortages to admin.

Delivery & Outdoor Work:

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or materials from clients, vendors, and other offices.
• Deposit or collect cheques, invoices, and other official documents from banks or clients.
• Maintain a log of deliveries and ensure timely completion.
• Handle errands such as purchasing office materials or maintenance items when required.

General Support:

• Assist in managing office waste and recycling.
• Support administrative staff in clerical tasks as needed.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (office support/delivery).
• Skills:
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
• Familiar with local routes and basic delivery protocols.
• Other Requirements:
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Should be punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
