Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, running errands, assisting staff, and ensuring a well-maintained and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises including pantry, washrooms, and work areas.
* Run office errands such as going to the post office, banks, or nearby stores.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail/documents.
* Assist in the setup and clean-up of meeting rooms.
* Support administrative staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing as needed.
* Monitor and maintain inventory of pantry and office supplies.
* Handle basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting technical issues.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Honest, reliable, and punctual.
* Physically fit and able to lift light items.
* Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday– 10 am to 7 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
