Office Back-End Staff

As we expand our footprint, we’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to help us unlock new opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office tasks including data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, purchases, and service logs.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams for order processing and client support.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and delivery schedules.
• Support basic customer communication (email/phone) regarding order status and documentation.
• Ensure smooth internal communication between departments.
• Assist with stock updates, purchase tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role (preferably in electronics or retail).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting or ERP software.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of electronic products is an added advantage.
