We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, preparing Purchase Orders (P.O) and Work Orders (W.O), and assisting different departments as needed. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and basic computer operations is essential. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word , and basic computer applications. Ability to draft and format documents, letters, P.O.s and W.O.s with attention to detail. Good communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc. Familiarity with basic inventory or procurement processes is an added advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Osmannagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Office: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
