Job Description:

- Maintaining the current filing system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.

- To keep an accurate list of engagements, meetings, etc. and remind the owner in time and to make available to him all the necessary documents/work for such engagements / meetings;

- To maintain a proper order of the papers/work required to be dealt with by the owner and to bring to his notice, the documents which require immediate attention;

- To perform such other duties as may be assigned to him / her from time to time;

- Taking dictations and prepare correspondence. Drafting letters, Agreements, Reminders etc.

Job Expectations:

1. He/she should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well-developed organizational skills. Attention to detail. Great verbal and written communication skills.
2. Coordinating and managing meetings.3. Making a list of work deliverable of each staff member as per direction given and taking a call that the work is delivered in stipulated period of time.

4. Handling of the small day to day issues of the organization and co coordinating with the office members.
5. Maintaining general office files including other files related to the company’s operations.6. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.7. Performing other relevant duties when needed.8. Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) and shall Handle office automation.

9. Comfortable handling confidential information.

10.Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
11.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.12. Person should have experience of strict vigilant of handling the situation with sophistication, strictness and politely as the situation demands

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
