Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support office operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize files, documents, and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Provide support to staff and management as needed
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
  • Proficiency in MS Office -Word, Excel, Tally Prime
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Prior experience is mandatory (Min 2-3 years)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,922.06 per month
