Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai
Experience Required: Minimum [2-3years] in office administration/operations
Gender Preference: Female (Experienced candidates only)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Assistant to support our business operations with multi-disciplinary responsibilities. This role requires strong administrative skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to coordinate across different functions including accounts, HR, procurement, and inventory. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-driven, fluent in Hindi, and proficient in Tally and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts & Billing
  • Generate invoices, e-way bills, and ensure GST compliance.
  • Maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Onboard new vendors, collect and verify KYC documentation.
  • Engage with suppliers in Hindi/English for negotiations and timely deliveries.
  • Inventory & Procurement
  • Monitor stock levels, track material movement, and maintain inventory records.
  • Raise purchase orders and follow up with vendors for supply schedules.
  • Human Resources Support
  • Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and employee record keeping.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Administrative & Time Management
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support management with day-to-day office tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Hands-on experience in invoice/e-way bill generation and GST documentation.
  • Strong command of Hindi & English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Eligibility:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office administration/accounts/HR.
  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/related discipline preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
