About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Fabrication Apprentice to join our shop floor team. The apprentice will gain hands-on training in metal fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, and assembly of process equipment and structures. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in mechanical fabrication and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior fabricators and welders in daily shop floor tasks.
• Learn and support operations such as cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and welding.
• Help in material handling, marking, and preparation for fabrication work.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines strictly.
• Support logistics and material movement as required.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of mechanical/fabrication tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on workshop environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Awareness of shop floor safety practices (training will be provided).
• Hindi language knowledge preferred (to coordinate with workers/suppliers).

Eligibility:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, or Fabrication preferred (not mandatory).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of workshop exposure.
• Valid Driving License is compulsory.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fabrication shop environment.
