Job Description

  • Assist in handling office equipment such as printers, scanners, and projectors under supervision.
  • Help in setting up meeting rooms with laptops, cables, and other IT accessories before meetings or presentations.
  • Support staff in courier handling, document delivery, and basic errands within or outside the office.
  • Monitor and restock office, pantry, and stationery supplies.
  • Keep track of minor maintenance issues (AC, lights, network cables, etc.) and report them to admin or IT support.
  • Assist with movement and organization of computer systems, accessories, or packaging during workstation setups or shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness of computer peripherals and ensure cables and desk setups are tidy.
  • Provide general assistance during office events, client visits, or training sessions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
  • Prior experience in a corporate or IT office preferred.
  • Basic understanding of computers, printers, and office gadgets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality of office information.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, on-site or on-field role.
  • Require assistance with IT equipment or errands during work hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
