Job Description

Job Summary:

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling errands, and supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and smooth working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
Assist in handling couriers — receiving, dispatching, and maintaining records.
Support administrative staff in photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
Ensure office supplies and pantry items are replenished timely.
Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials for discussions or events.
Run errands and perform minor office-related tasks as assigned by the admin/HR team.
Ensure proper locking and security of office areas at the end of the day (if applicable).

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).
Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
Two-Wheeler is Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
