Office Assistant- Male

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

Coordinate and support production-related activities and logistics.

Responsible for pick-up/drop, materials handling, bank visits, courier handling, and document collection/delivery.

Act as company driver for local travel and assigned outdoor duties.

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of office and workspaces.

Ensure timely delivery/pickup for clients, vendors, and event locations when required.

Support in organizing company events and production schedules.

Handle office errands responsibly with utmost integrity and efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Male

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license

Should own good knowledge of local routes and areas

Must be a family man, well-disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible

Willing to travel frequently for work-related tasks

Should be punctual, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks

Preference for candidates with a background in handling office support & production tasks
