Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Tally.
- Perform bank reconciliation and fees reconciliation.
- Manage petty cash and petty cash book.
- Process employee and vendor payments.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain staff attendance records using biometric software.
- Perform various school-related administrative tasks.
3. Record-Keeping and Compliance:
- Maintain internal bill and ledger accounts.
- Keep records of bank statements, purchase orders, and provident fund contributions.
- Prepare and maintain employee records.
4. Billing and Documentation:
- Prepare bills in Excel format for purchase parties.
- Maintain a copy of particular bills issued, date-wise.
5. Quarterly filing TDS and PF deposits at the portal
6. Co-ordinations with the bank related to School/Trust.
7. Preparing regular MIS Reports, accurately & timely, in various formats as required
