*Office Assistant – Job Description*
We are seeking a dedicated *female* professional to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be at least *30 years old*, *married*, and hold a *graduate degree*. Strong command of *Microsoft Excel* is essential.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data analyses using MS Excel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain records, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Support the team with phone calls, front‑desk duties, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing as needed.
*Required Qualifications*
- Female, age 30 or above.
- Married status (as per company policy).
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, pivot tables).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience in an office or administrative role.
- Familiarity with other MS Office tools (Word ).
