Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to toll plaza and wayside amenities projects.
  • Maintain and update records, project files, and reports (physical and digital).
  • Prepare and compile regular operational and financial reports for management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with field staff and external vendors.
  • Support senior management with drafting letters, emails, and other official communications.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, inventory, and vendor management for toll plaza and amenities.
  • Act as a liasion between field terms and head office for smooth operations.

Education: minimum graduates (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc). Postgraduates preferred.

Skills:

  • Advanced computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
  • Good organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Should be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
