Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry operation, office coordination, back office assistance, clerical work, and front office duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for efficient record-keeping.
  • Perform various office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assist in organizing meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Offer general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Handling calls and delivering messages

  • Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required

  • Answered to the Daily query / complaint mails by customers.

  • Updated the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in an office setting with a focus on administration or secretarial activities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications with strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
