Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant at Electroclassy S Tree Industries Pvt. Ltd., located in Kabir Chaura, Varanasi, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day office management tasks and basic design work. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining office files and records efficiently. - Managing correspondence and communication effectively. - Coordinating office supplies and inventory management. - Supporting administrative duties as required. - Creating simple designs such as flyers and social media posts using tools like Canva or Photoshop. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Good communication and organizational skills to streamline office operations. - Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and data management. - Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc., to assist in design tasks. - Ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a dynamic work environment. Please note that knowledge of Coral Draw and designing skills are also preferred for this position.
