Job Description

1. Administrative Support

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).

2. Order Processing Support

  • Assist with processing online orders and returns.
  • Monitor order status and inform customers of shipping/tracking details if required.

3. Inventory and Stock Management Assistance

  • Help in tracking inventory levels and alerting the relevant department about low stock.

4. Customer Service Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, or live chat.
  • Log customer complaints or issues and forward them to the concerned team.
  • Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
