Job Description

Inbound & Outbound Calls: Make and receive customer calls, follow up on inquiries or leads.
Lead Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
Customer Support: Resolve queries, complaints, or service requests over the phone.
Maintain Call Records: Log call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions using CRM or Excel.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services or products.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, and issue resolution.
Quotation Handling: Request, compare, and negotiate quotations from vendors.
Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and coordinate restocking with vendors.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain purchase orders, agreements, and vendor records.
Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely vendor payments and resolve discrepancies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
