This role involves managing day-to-day office tasks, coordinating with clients and the internal creative/web team, and ensuring smooth project execution. --- Key Responsibilities: Coordinate between clients, designers, developers, and management Schedule and follow up on tasks, meetings, and project deadlines Prepare and maintain project documentation, client feedback, and briefs Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the team Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations Help in preparing proposals, reports, and follow-ups Maintain records of project updates, team progress, and resource allocation --- Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred) Basic understanding of creative or digital/website processes is a plus Well-organized, punctual, and good at multitasking Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and email etiquette Willingness to learn and take initiative --- What We Offer: Exposure to branding, website, and digital marketing projects Opportunity to grow in a creative and fast-paced environment Supportive team and flexible work culture
