Role Description

This is a full-time Office Assistant role based on-site in Jamnagar. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling phone calls, operating office equipment, and performing clerical duties. Additionally, the individual will support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow in alignment with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally manage calls and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to support office functions and ensure efficient operations.
• Experience handling Office Equipment and possessing relevant Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks, including document organization and filing.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software is a plus.
