Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and greet visitors.
  • Administrative Support:Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets and databases, and assist with mail and deliveries.
  • Office Management:Maintain office supply inventory, order new materials, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Organization:File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents.
  • Scheduling:Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for staff.
  • Equipment Operation:Operate basic office equipment like printers, copiers, and scanners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Soft Skills:Strong communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, organizational ability, time management, reliability, and a willingness to help others.
  • Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
  • Experience:1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience is often preferred.
