Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Srinagar. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone communications, providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, and performing clerical tasks. The role involves coordinating office activities, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting the smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Knowledge of operating Office Equipment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
