Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer, based in Srinagar. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating designs, selecting textiles, and working on embroidery and fittings. Day-to-day tasks include sketching designs, coordinating with the production team, and keeping up with fashion trends to ensure the products are aligned with current market demands. Collaboration with other designers and meeting project deadlines are also essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Fashion Design and Fashion knowledge
Experience with Embroidery and Textiles
Skill in Fitting
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred
