As an Office and HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations and supporting the Human Resources department. Your proactive and organized approach will help in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Office Administration:** - Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally. - Organize and maintain office supplies for all staff members. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. - Ensure office cleanliness and organization. - **Human Resources Support:** - Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job listings and scheduling interviews. - Prepare onboarding materials for new employees and conduct orientation sessions. - Update HR databases with employee information and maintain records. - Process HR-related paperwork including contracts and benefits enrollment. - **Administrative Support:** - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. - Assist with data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks. - Support finance and accounting with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking. - **Office Culture and Employee Engagement:** - Plan office events and team-building activities. - Promote a positive office culture and support employee morale. - Collaborate with the HR team on employee recognition initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation or higher education; additional qualifications in office administration or HR will be a plus. - Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. - Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
