As a receptionist, your main responsibility will be to greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Maintaining general company record systems to uphold accurate files is crucial for organizational efficiency. You will also be expected to compose letters, memos, and emails as needed. Screening documents, booking meeting rooms, setting up conference calls, and taking messages are additional duties that you will be responsible for. Performing various administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying, will be part of your role to support the overall functioning of the office. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
