Role Summary:
Southern Gourmet Bites is looking for a friendly and professional office administrator to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Provide information about Southern Gourmet Bites products and services to visitors.
• Assist with event coordination and hospitality arrangements as required.
• Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration.
• Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi, both verbal and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., fax, printer, phone systems).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
