Job Description

Location: Gadag, Karnataka
Industry: Mining / Construction / Crusher Unit
Experience: 2–5 years in Admin / Site Office Management
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the crusher site
  • Maintain records of manpower, materials, vehicle movement, and attendance
  • Coordinate with the head office for payroll, compliance, and documentation
  • Manage incoming/outgoing communication, emails, and documentation
  • Handle purchase bills, delivery challans, and petty cash management
  • Ensure site facilities (water, electricity, stationery, etc.) are well maintained
  • Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers as required
  • Monitor stock of spares, diesel, lubricants, and office supplies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; preference to B.Com/BBA
  • Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is essential
  • Familiar with crusher or mining industry operations preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills

Salary: Based on experience and suitability

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days
