Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Office Administrator role located in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, manage office equipment, provide administrative assistance, coordinate communication across teams, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes maintaining office records, managing correspondence, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing office processes.
• Experience with Office Equipment and the ability to handle office tools and technology efficiently.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as MS Office and email platforms.
• Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are advantageous.
