This role is perfect for someone who excels at managing people, processes, and ensuring every project runs like clockwork. Key Responsibilities: Team Coordination & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the internal team. Organize schedules, meetings, and resources to ensure seamless collaboration. Workflow & Project Assurance: Monitor and track the progress of all internal and client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are consistently maintained. Client Communication: Manage basic correspondence and scheduling with our clients , ensuring professional and timely follow-up on administrative and logistical matters. Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and filing, keeping the company's operations efficient and organized. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline internal processes and team efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong Communication (Written & Verbal): Ability to clearly articulate plans, instructions, and reports. Excellent English communication skills are essential for both internal and external (client) correspondence. Team Leadership & Handling: Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team to ensure collective success. Tech Savviness: Proficiency in common business software (e.g., Google Workspace/MS Office Suite - Docs, Sheets, Slides/Excel). Professional Experience: Relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or coordination role is a significant plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Highly Preferred Bonus: Strong Video Presentation Skills: If you are comfortable and skilled at creating or delivering clear, engaging video presentations, you will have a significant advantage.
