Job Description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service .

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
  • Conduct sales calls: Present product features, explain offers, and persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries: Address customer questions and resolve issues or complaints to provide excellent customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas and goals.
  • Process orders: Take and process customer orders in a professional manner.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and purchases.
  • Provide feedback: Offer insights and feedback to the sales and management teams on customer needs and market conditions.

  • Strong communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for persuasive selling.
  • Negotiation: The ability to negotiate prices and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Customer service: A customer-oriented individual who can provide excellent service.
  • Persuasion: The ability to persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Product knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Problem-solving: The capability to solve complex problems and handle customer complaints.
  • Time management: Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and calls efficiently.
  • Adaptability: The ability to handle different personalities and stressful situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
