We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office systems and provide support to staff and clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures Coordinate office maintenance and cleanliness Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
