Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Support HR and accounts team with basic data entry and documentation.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Perform other clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,153.89 - ₹18,138.54 per month
