Job Description

Location: Nandanam, TNAGAR, Chennai
Hours: 10AM-5PM
Salary: 10,000 - 15,000

Role Summary
Responsible for day-to-day office administration, customer communication, and order coordination. This is an operational role, not creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Replying to customer messages across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and website
  • Opening the studio and handling daily office operations
  • Managing customised orders and tracking them to completion
  • Processing website orders and coordinating dispatch
  • Stock keeping and basic inventory tracking
  • Managing vendor payments and placing vendor purchase orders

Requirements

  • Organised, reliable, and good at follow-ups
  • Clear written communication in English
  • Comfortable with routine, repetitive work
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Note

  • Paid trial period applies
  • Role involves proactiveness, responsibility and consistency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
