Office Administrator & Documentation Assistant

About Us:

We are a precision manufacturing startup company working with top aerospace and energy clients like BHEL, HAL, HPCL, OFB, and Indian Air Force.

What You'll Do:

• Answer phone calls and emails professionally
• Prepare quotations for customers
• File and organize documents (customer orders, government papers, quality records)
• Help build and maintain our company ERP system
• Keep track of inventory and materials
• Find and compare different vendors/suppliers
• Prepare documents for government tenders (GeM portal)

Who Should Apply:

• Education: Diploma or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: 0-3 years (freshers with good communication can apply)
• Must Have: Good common sense, clear communication in Hindi & English (speaking + writing)
• Good to Have: Experience with GeM portal, Tally, Excel, government documentation
