Job Description

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow
  • Support basic HR tasks like attendance tracking and onboarding new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
